The mission of the Soccer Pit Cobras promotes leadership, integrity, and academic success.

The 2022-2023 school year was a successful year for seniors on the Soccer Pit Cobra teams and the Immokalee HS soccer team.  Three of the eight graduating seniors will continue to patrol the pitch at three different universities/colleges. The last time we had so many seniors attend college to play soccer and continue their post high school education was in 1997 when three of our boys attended Alabama A&M to earn degrees and continue to enjoy playing this beautiful game.

The players exemplify the qualities of the Cobra mission statement. They are examples for future players to follow.

Seniors Ricky Lopez, Dyvenson Decime and Job Choute will continue their post high school education as students and athletes. All of them on full scholarships.

Ricky will head out to Southern Union Community College in Alabama, Dyvenson to The University of South Carolina Salkehatchie, and Job right in our backyard at Florida Gulf Coast University in Estero FL.

We couldn’t be prouder of these young men. During their time with the Cobras and at Immokalee High School they proved themselves as students and athletes.

We hope that other young men in our programs will follow their footsteps in the future.

Ricky, Dyvenson, and Job we are looking for great things from you over the next four years both on and off the field.

All the best to you from all the Cobras!
